The Christian Education Ministry and the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministries of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco are excited to announce the 2022 Saint John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival. This program provides a valuable educational opportunity for youth to express their faith, gain important skills in public speaking, and to deepen their knowledge about theology and its application in our world today.

“This year’s Metropolis theme for the Oratorical Festival, Let Light Shine Out Of Darkness, is a beautiful description of how the words of our youth shine brightly in this world which is filled with such darkness,” stated His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco. “The benefits of participation in the Oratorical Festival are immense, and it empowers our youth to remain strong in the faith, speak the truth, and always proclaim the love and grace of Jesus Christ.”
