The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco announces the expansion of the Metropolis Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministries with the appointment of Anna Teodosiadis as the Parish Youth Ministry Advisor. This position will support parishes throughout the Metropolis in building and growing their youth and young adult ministries and to create more regional youth ministry opportunities.

I know that Anna will immerse herself in this work to help youth and young adults deepen their faith, and she will also support the development of new and relevant resources as a significant benefit to our parishes.”
In her position, Anna will be meeting with clergy and youth workers from through the Metropolis, guiding them in growing their youth ministries to support young people in creating a relationship with Christ and His Church. Her responsibilities will also include the establishment of regional youth retreats, fostering inter-parish collaborations, and provide training and the sharing of best practices to provide for a stronger infrastructure of youth ministry.
Anna is originally from Seatle, Washington. Growing up she was an active member of Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Religious Studies from Hellenic College in 2017. Upon graduation, Anna worked as Youth Director for Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church in Castro Valley, CA for almost six years. She is currently completing online coursework for her Master of Theological Studies at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. She also works part-time for Hellenic College Holy Cross in its Admissions Office as one of two Metropolis of San Francisco Field Representatives. Anna currently resides in San Diego, California.
