Join Orthodox Young Adults from across the West Coast for a Lenten Retreat at Saint Nicholas Ranch and Retreat Center in Dunlap, CA the weekend of March 14 – 16, 2025. Young Adults ages 18 – 40 from all Orthodox traditions are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The retreat theme is Patient Endurance and will expand on the beautiful message from Saint Paul’s Epistle to the Galatians “But the Fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience” (Galatians 5:22). This is a timely message as we will be on our journey through Great and Holy Lent and the virtue of patience is one that becomes an even greater challenge as we try to align our lives more closely to Christ.
We will spend time having discussions and fellowship at Saint Nicholas Ranch, as well as visit and help the Sisters at the Monastery of the Theotokos the Life-Giving Spring with a work project and other engaging activities throughout the weekend.
