The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco Orthodox Parish Leadership (OPL) Ministry invites you to this year's webinar series that will provide overviews of the coordinated and integrated OPL offerings to assist parishes.
We start the series on Monday, June 17 at 6:30 p.m. (Pacific) focused on two foundational topics: (1) Parish “WHY” and (2) Parish Health & Revitalization. Join your host Steven Pappas who will welcome Steve Tibbs, leader of the Metropolis of San Francisco Orthodox Parish Leadership Ministry. Questions that will be addressed include:
- Does your parish have a “WHY” and does everyone understand it?
- How can a parish develop and communicate its “WHY”?
- What is the value of conducting a Parish Health Assessment?
- What does a 12-18 month Revitalization Plan include?
