The Young Adult League (YAL) has become an important component of ministry in the Metropolis of San Francisco. This effort to focused on keeping young adults engaged in their faith and creating a forum for positive interaction with others who share their same faith and commitment to Christ.
Activities include an annual conference, generally held over Labor Day weekend, which features engaging speakers and workshops, daily worship, community outreach, social events, and more. YAL is founded upon four key pillars: Worship, Service, Witness and Fellowship. All of these components are fully evident in YAL conferences.

Another innovative component of this ministry is YAL In Your Backyard, dedicated to bringing young adults together locally in fellowship and fun. This grassroots program is structured by young adult volunteers to organize, host, and implement YAL events in their own communities and regions.
